\"johnhorse1\"<\/a>When life gets too heavy, when everybody wants a piece of you and won\u2019t leave ya the fuck alone, when there is so much to do that you don\u2019t know where to start, when you\u2019re crunching numbers to try to make sense of your finances in this time of recession. What do you do to keep it together? How do you deal?<\/p>\n

Well for me; its easy I lose myself, than I find myself. So on Saturday I got smashed beyond recognition with friends.\u00a0 It should be noted that it wasn\u2019t my intention to get THAT SMASHED – I didn’t drink THAT much. But I\u2019ve been on a diet for the last two weeks, eating very little, hence the booze back-handed me 3 fold and sent me to the mat crying for my mommy. So that was me losing myself.<\/p>\n

The next day, I hopped in the car with peeps I love and went to hang with Mother Nature. Did some horse back riding in the mountains, hiked up to a waterfall and even did some summer luging. That was me finding myself. Today \u2013 all that weight that was on my shoulder on Friday feels lighter. I can see clearer, feel more focused and the anxiety is gone\u2026for now that is. Not saying this will work for you, just saying, it definitely works for me. NOTE 1:<\/strong> I never wanna get that drunk again\u2026 wow\u2026 that was nuts\u2026<\/p>\n
