Hey all, just letting yall know that I leave for LA this week and will be there to of course see old friends, meet new ones, PR the site, streamline projects and to shake the film industry tree to see if any fruits will crash my noggin. I gotta say, having just overcome my health ordeal (got it under control anyways), the change of scenery will do me well and I see this as a firm first step in rebuilding the machine that is John Fallon (BTW if I refer to myself one more time in the third person, you have the right to call me an asshole.) So in closing, if you wanna meet up while I’m there, shoot me an e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org Peace!by
My short film THE RED HOURS will have its US premiere at the Pollygrind Festival in Las Vegas on May 14, 2010; visit the site for all the details. Am pretty happy about it, felt like the right place for RH to go after its trek at Sitges 2008 (we premiered the rough cut – yeah – not a good idea BTW) and its win of the Indie Spirit Award at the Australian Fest One Night of Horror in 2009.
Expect more The Red Hours Festival announcements shortly. After its Fest run; the short will be available to buy as a limited edition DVD (only 100 copies will up for grabs) and of course for download. The Red Hours stars Deke Richards, Amy Wickenheiser and Heather Westwood. Donny Broussard produced with me.by
